This presentation has been created by a relative of a transplant patient, sharing their personal experiences, thoughts and reflections throughout the transplant journey. By offering an honest insight into the experience from a family member’s perspective, we hope it will provide comfort, reassurance and support to others and their loved ones as they navigate their own transplant journey. We are incredibly grateful for their willingness to share their story and hope that others will find something within it that helps them feel less alone.
