We were hoping to hold a Cheque presentation to honour this young Ladies fundraising efforts but as that will be a long time off yet before we can all get together, please give a massive round of applause to our one and only Charlotte Carney. Charlotte held a Charity Ball back in February and raised over £6000 for New Start. The event was fantastic and a sell out thanks to Charlotte's hard work. Well done Charlotte and Thank you from everyone at the Transplant Unit

A Little Light at this Dark Time

A kind gesture can really make a difference in these dark and weird Days. One of our wonderful Cardiothoracic Anaesthetists has donated £1000 of £5 Marks and Spencer vouchers for staff to buy themselves a meal in the Hospital Shop.
