Birds Eye View of Snowdonia
A big Thank You to Michelle Calvert who decided o raise money for us in memory of her Dad Tommy. She recruited a large group of Family and Friends to zipwire a mile across a Welsh Valley near Bethesda reaching speeds of nearly 100 mph
The group raised £2300 for New Start in the process.
I am sure Tommy would have been very proud of you all
Hitting the Heights Of Snowdon
A massive THANK YOU to the Wright Family and Friends who climbed Snowdon last weekend and raised a £1000 for us. Martin (pictured centre back) was amongst the party who only undrwent his double lung transplant in April. His daughter Anneka organised the event
A Summer of Fun
Congratulations to the Riley Family especially Ellie aged 10 and Lucas aged 8 who have spent their Summer Holidays taking on various challenges to raise money for us and North West Cancer Research. They have undertaken a 25 mile cycle ride, a cake sale a 5k Park Run and a hike up Scafell Pike. Their efforts have paid off and they have raised a whopping £2400. Thank you so much
